Ms. Saliqa Sheikh, learned counsel for the respondents has produced communication dated 24.06.2026, addressed by the Director Health Services, Jammu to Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, wherein it has been stated that date of retirement of the petitioner has been recorded as 31.07.2019 (A.N.) and further the petitioner has been intimated to apply for retirement benefits on Pension Suvidha Portal or submit documents to the office of Medical Superintendent Raja Sukhdev Singh District Hospital Poonch to process the matter further. It is further stated that the petitioner’s original service book and pension papers have been sent to the Principal Accountant General (A&E) J&K Jammu vide communication dated 09.06.2026. 2. In view of the above, contempt proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to get the present contempt petition revived in the event grievance of the petitioner still stand unaddressed.
