By this petition, the petitioner has alleged non compliance of order dated 15.09.2001 passed by this court in OWP No. 615/2000, whereby the petition was disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay the compensation to the petitioner within a period of three months from the date of passing of the order dated 15.09.2001. 2. Compliance report stands filed by the respondents on 13.04.2026, wherein it is stated that the claim of the petitioner has been considered, accordingly, total land compensation amounting to Rs. 1,47,016/- has been awarded in favour of the petitioner. Sr. No. 71 2 3. Learned counsel for the respondents states that the said amount has already been paid to the petitioner. 4. It seems that the petitioner has already received the amount, probably on account of that fact, he has lost interest in the contempt petition and is not appearing. 5. The respondents have implemented the order passed by this court in its letter and spirit, and nothing remains for adjudication in this petition. The contempt proceedings are accordingly closed.
