The withdrawal application has been filed by the accused-applicants on the ground that there was a matrimonial dispute between respondent no. 2 and her husband. Consequently, an FIR was registered and after investigation, charge sheet has been submitted in Case Crime No. 932 of 2009, under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 IPC, Police Station Dubauliya, District Basti. However, the accused-applicants do not wish to press the instant criminal miscellaneous application and submit that they want that trial may be proceeded and be decided on merits in accordance with law. 2. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the withdrawal application is hereby allowed and consequently the instant Application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn. 3.
