The instant petition was filed with the following prayers: "a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10.6.2010 passed by the respondent no. 3 (Annexure no. 1) b) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of Mandamus directing the concerned respondents that the petitioner who has not been relieved till date from the said post may be allowed to continue on the said Class III post till pendency of this writ petition and the applicable salary may be paid to the petitioner month to month." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the sole petitioner has now expired during the pendency of the instant petition. In such view of the matter, the instant petition has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed as infructuous.
