The instant application under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 10315 of 2009, arising out of Case Crime No. 1506 of 2009, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act, P.S. Nawabad, District Jhansi, pending before the Court of C.J.M., Jhansi. It is apparent that during the pendency of the proceedings, a compromise has been entered into between the opposite party No. 2, Rohit Raj, and the accused, Pradeep Kumar Dubey and Saurabh Dubey, which has also been verified by the Court of Special Judge, SC/ST Act, Jhansi. In view of this, no useful purpose will be served by keeping the proceedings pending. Accordingly, in view of the compromise deed between the parties, the application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. deserves to be allowed, and consequently, the proceedings of Criminal Case No. 10315 of 2009, arising out of Case Crime No. 1506 of 2009, under Sections 452, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., and Section 3(1)(x) of the SC/ST Act, P.S. Nawabad, District Jhansi, pending before the Court of C.J.M., Jhansi, along with all other proceedings initiated thereto, are hereby quashed. The application is accordingly allowed.
