Further that, two of the petitioners were promoted to the post of ASI in 2013 while Mukesh Kumar- petitioner No.1 transferred to Mewat Range in 2011, thus, states that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such, a fact which their learned counsel was unable to refute. 2. Ordered accordingly, however, reserving the petitioners with a liberty to file a representation with regard to any grievance that may be subsisting, which if submitted in 4 weeks, shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law.
