CWP-PIL-152-2026 (O&M) [2] Committee for scrutinizing the management of respondent No.7 and 8 – hospital. 2. We find from the perusal of the writ petition that no material establishing the petitioner’s credential has been brought on record. How the petitioner came to know of the alleged irregularities, or why the prayer in the writ petition is directed only against one medical institution remains unexplained. We, therefore, are not inclined to entertain the present writ petition filed in public interest, as we find the petitioner’s bona fide to be doubtful. 3. However, as various violations of statutory provisions have been alleged, it shall be open for the petitioner to approach the Chief Medical Officer, Ludhiana, who shall get the facts inquired into and shall take such action as may be warranted in accordance with law, after notice to the private respondents. 4. For the reasons recorded above, we are not inclined to entertain the present public interest litigation and the same is accordingly dismissed. 5.
