In that regard, he refers to the judgments passed by the Full Bench of this Court in Kesar Chand vs. State of Punjab though The Secretary, PWD (B&R), Chandigarh and Others, CWP- 2864-1983, decided on 02.06.1988 & Jai Bhagwan vs. State of Haryana and Others, CWP-1048-2016, decided on 01.03.2019, against which the LPA was dismissed dated 26.07.2024 and so was the SLP and submits that a representation shall be presented, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner, to which learned State counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 2.
