The Applicant has filed this application seeking restoration of the Petition which has been dismissed for non-payment of bhatta charges by the Petitioner. 2. Mr. Suresh Pakale, learned senior counsel appearing for the Petitioner/Applicant in Writ Petition No.2569 of 2010 states that the Respondents in this matter are the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.568 of 2010. Both the Petitioners challenge the same order. However, Writ Petition No.2569 has been dismissed as the Petitioners did not pay the bhatta charges of Rs. 150/-. The omission is inadvertent. In any case, the paper-book has already been served upon the Respondents herein. 3. Since both Petitions involve identical issue and the Respondents in Writ Petition No.2569 of 2010 have been served and are appearing before this Court, Civil Application No.725 of 2016 is allowed and the Writ Petition No.2569 of 2010 is restored to file. 4.
