Judgment :- This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking to fix a time limit for early disposal of the suit, in O.S.No.149 of 2006, on the file of the Subordinate Court, Namakkal. 2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. There is no appearance on behalf of the respondents. 3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and in view of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the Subordinate Judge, Namakkal, to dispose of the suit, in O.S.No.149 of 2006, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
