JUDGMENT:
Sri Ravi Teja Talaseela, learned counsel, representing Smt.A. Jayanthi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after filing of the present Contempt Case, which arises on account of non- implementation of interim direction passed during the pendency of the writ petition, the very writ petition itself since came to be disposed of, and that the petitioner has also superannuated from service, the matter renders infructuous.

2. Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Contempt Case is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
