Present Contempt Case has been preferred alleging violation of interim order, dated 01.02.2010, passed in WPMP No.1586 of 2010, during pendency of the writ petition. It appears that the main writ petition came to be allowed by final order, dated 28.11.2011. It is not known as to whether, on account of subsequent developments, the writ petitioner was successful in securing the relief as granted by this Court or not. However, due to efflux of time, the cause in the present Contempt Case may not survive. 2 3. In that view of the matter, the Contempt Case stands closed, granting liberty to the petitioner to revive the same in case any cause survives. No order as to costs.
