Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the last line of para 41 of the judgement dated 19.03.2026 in place of word ‘plaintiff/original respondent no.1’, the word ‘defendant/original respondent no.1’ has been typed. 3. From the record, it transpires that the title suit was filed by respondent no.1 who was the plaintiff and it appears that has occurred inadvertently. 4. In view of above in the last line of para 41 of the judgement dated 19.03.2026 let the word ‘plaintiff/ original respondent no.1’ be read in place of defendant/original respondent no.1. 5.
