On 18.02.2025, learned counsel for the appellant sought time to obtain instructions, as the matter had been listed after a long interval. On 03.02.2026 and 17.02.2026 as well, the appeal was adjourned on the same ground.
2. Today, learned counsel for the appellant submits that he has addressed a letter to the appellant, however, no response has been received. On this ground, he seeks an adjournment of the matter.
3. However, as the learned counsel for the appellant reports no instructions, the C.M.A is dismissed for want of prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
