The present Contempt Case was earlier dismissed on 10.06.2011 and subsequently recalled by order dated 18.08.2011. During the pendency of the Contempt Case, the Writ Petition, out of which the present Contempt Case arises, was dismissed on 27.08.2018. On the said date, final adjudication in C.C. No.723 of 2009 also took place. 3. In view of the dismissal of the Writ Petition and the earlier dismissal of the Contempt Case on 10.06.2011, nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. Accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case. 4. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
