It is learnt that the appellant, namely Balakrishnan died on 19.03.2020 during Covid pandemic leaving behind his legal heirs, namely B.Kalavathy(Daughter) and B.Murugan(Son). Till date the learned counsel on record for the appellant did not take any steps to bring on record the legal heirs/legal representatives of Balakrishnan. 3.In view of the above, this second appeal in SA.(MD)No.92 of 2009 stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
