For Appellant : No Appearance For Respondents : Mr.R.Devaraj JUDGMENT This second appeal has been filed challenging the decree and judgment dated 16.11.2004 in A.S.No.123/1998 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge Court, Tirichirappalli dismissing the appeal and confirming the decree and judgment dated 29.01.1998 by the learned III Additional District Munsif Court, Tiruchirappalli in O.S.No. 2488/1992. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis SA(MD) No.92 of 2009 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. It is learnt that the appellant, namely Balakrishnan died on 19.03.2020 during Covid pandemic leaving behind his legal heirs, namely B.Kalavathy(Daughter) and B.Murugan(Son). Till date the learned counsel on record for the appellant did not take any steps to bring on record the legal heirs/legal representatives of Balakrishnan. 3.In view of the above, this second appeal in SA.(MD)No.92 of 2009 stands dismissed as abated. No costs.
