The learned counsel for the respondent had filed a memo on 20.02.2024 stating that the sole appellant, namely, Gomathi, died on 06.11.2010. So far, the appellant side have not taken steps to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. Hence, he prayed that the present Second Appeal be dismissed as abated. 3. Recording the said memo, this Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
