A Division Bench of this Court, while hearing W.A.Nos.181 to 183 of 2009 had instituted suo motu writ proceedings, regarding an alleged incident happened inside Court Hall on 17.02.2009. The suo motu writ petition was numbered and periodically listed for hearing. 2.
