The present writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to return back the original educational certificates received by respondents No.2 and 3 at the time of admission taken by the petitioners in the academic sessions 2003-2004, the completion certificate and character certificates to the petitioners, who have completed the degree in Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medical Science (B.A.M.S.) in respondent No.3-College on receipt of Rs.50,000/- which is the only balance fee due from the petitioners as per directions of the Fee Fixation Committee. 2.
