Learned counsel submits that regarding the claim as raised in the present petition, representation, Annexure P7, has been submitted, which has yet not evoked any response. He, on instructions, states that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction may be given to the respondents to decide the same, in light of the fact that petitioner was merely warned and as such, his period of suspension ought to have been treated as a duty. 2. Learned State counsel, on instructions, states that the representation, Annexure P7, will be considered and decided, expeditiously, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the order impugned in the present case, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. 3. The matter stands disposed of accordingly and if the petitioner is found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same may be passed after granting opportunity of hearing to him and shall contain reasons, whereupon he shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
