Accordingly, a Demand Draft of Rs.6,00,000/- drawn in the name of Smt. Abeda Farid Khan is handed over to Mr. Nargolkar, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners. 2) The consent terms are tendered in the Court. The consent terms are signed by Petitioner Nos. 1(A) to 1(C) and by authorised representative of the Respondent. Petitioner No.1(D) has given her consent vide email dated 16 August 2026, which is attached to the consent terms. Signatories to the consent terms are personally present before the Court. They admit their signatures on the consent terms as well as the contents thereof. The consent terms are taken on record and marked ‘X’ for identification. Statements made in the consent terms are accepted as undertakings given to the Court. 3) Writ Petition is disposed of in view of the consent terms. Writ Petition No. 4012 OF 2005:- 4) Since Writ Petition No.1027 of 2009 is settled, Mr. Shah, the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner in Writ Petition No.4012 of 2005 seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the same. 5) Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
