It is a disposed of letters patent appeal listed on the behest of the motion made by the learned counsel for the appellant on the ground that in the order/judgment dated 15.01.2026 there is some typographical error so far as it relates to making reference of the designation of the learned counsel for the appellant in the appearance part of the cause title and in paragraph-12 wherein it has been typed as “Mr. Prashant Pallav, DSGI” instead of “Mr. Prashant Pallav, ASGI”. 2. Considering the aforesaid ground, the order dated/judgment dated 15.01.2026 is modified to the extent that in the appearance part of the learned counsel for the appellant and in paragraph-12, “Mr. Prashant Pallav, DSGI” be replaced by “Mr. Prashant Pallav, ASGI”. 3.
