Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the appellant expired on 03.05.2015 and, since then, no application has been filed for bringing his legal heirs on record. 3. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, and no steps having been taken to bring the legal heirs of the deceased appellant on record, the present appeal stands abated.
