ORDER In the instant writ application the petitioner prays for exemption of minimum guarantee charge for the period electric energy has not been supplied to his factory as well as furher direction to the respondent authorities that the excess amount deposited under the head of minimum guarantee may be adjusted in future bill. 2. The petitioner is a L.T.I.S. consumer numbered as 43/LTIS/43089/1/21460. He has been sanctioned electric connection by the respondents. The unit of the petitioner had suffered huge power crisis during the period, April, 2000 to January, 2002. But the respondents had charged AMG on the normal basis assuming continuous power supply. He submits that in this respect he has filed representation dated 7.2.2002 before respondent no.2 as contained in Annexure-2. In March, 2002 the petitioner received another electric bill which did not reflect the correct energy supply to its Unit. However, he has paid the said bill to avoid its disconnection. 3. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is of the view that the petitioner should file a representation afresh taking all the points as he may deem it expedient before the respondent no.2. as the grievance of the petitioner is that though there was no consistent flow of power supply to him but still they have charged electricity on A.M.G. basis. 4. If any such representation is filed respondent no.2 would dispose of the same preferably within ten weeks from the date of receipt of his representation. 5. With the aforesaid observation this writ application is disposed of.
