The present writ petition is filed challenging the award dated 18.07.2008 passed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Presiding Officer Labour Court XVI, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi in ID No. 453/2006. 2. With the efforts made by the learned counsel for the parties, a sum of ₹1,00,000/- is offered by the respondent/Bank as full and final settlement and the same has been accepted by the petitioner. 3. The demand draft of ₹1,00,000/- dated 13.07.2026 bearing no. 001017, drawn on by The Khattri Co-operative Urban Bank Ltd. has been handed over to the petitioner/workman in the Court today. 4. The petitioner, who is present in the Court, submits that he has no remaining grievance against the respondent. This is a digitally signed order.
