“It is respectfully prayed that the Hon’ble court may kindly be pleased to allow the appeal by quashing and setting aside the impugned order dated 11.09.2009 passed by the court of Shri Vinod Goel, Additional District Judge-XV (Central), Delhi, and the ex- parte decree dated 30.08.2008 passed by the court of Shri N.K. Goel, Additional District Judge, Intellectual Property Rights, Delhi, in case no.250/08/07 titled National Industrial Corporation Ltd, Vs United Brothers Distilleries Pvt. Ltd. in the interest of justice.”
