CORAM:
THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE BIRAJA PRASANNA SATAPATHY
ORDER 25.06.2026
Order No. 05
1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. None appeared for the Petitioner in spite of revised call. Heard Mr. T.P. Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Mr. C.A. Rao,
learned counsel for the Opp. Party-Bank.
3. Perused the relief claimed. Since during pendency of the writ petition, Petitioner has attained the age of superannuation and there is no interim order protecting the interest of the Petitioner, it is the view of this Court that the prayer as made in the writ petition has become infructuous with efflux of time.
