It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Opposite Party that he will receive the cheque which was subject matter of conflict inter se between the parties has already deposited in the Registry in course of the day. 4. Registry is requested to disburse the same to the learned counsel for the Opposite Party-complainant on proper identification. 5. In view of the dictum of the Apex Court in the case of B.V. Seshaiah v. State of Telangana & Anr. (2023) SCC OnLine SC 96, the order passed by the learned Trial Court as well as the Appellate Court stand quashed. 6.
