Affidavit of service filed by the petitioner is taken on record which shows due and complete service of two applications CAN 1 of 2026 and CAN 2 of 2026. The applicant/writ petitioner has filed the said two applications for recall of this Court’s order dated 7.7.2023 and restoration of the Writ Petition No. WPA 2564 of 2009, which has been dismissed for default by dint of the said order. 2. He further submits that prayer in CAN 2 of 2026 is with regard to condonation of delay of 992 days in filing CAN 1 of 2026. 3. The reason as explained in those two applications are found to be sufficient and hence, the Court is inclined to allow both the applications as above. 4. Hence, CAN 2 of 2026 is allowed, delay of 992 delays is hereby condoned. 5. CAN 1 of 2026 is also allowed. 6. This Court’s order dated 7.7.2023 is recalled. 7.
