Rajesh Bhatia & Ors vs. Ram Rattan & Ors. RSA No. 49 of 2008 16.06.2026 Present: Mr. R.K. Bawa, Senior Advocate, with Mr. Ajay Kumar Sharma, Advocate for the appellants. Mr. Tek Chand, Advocate for the respondents. CMP(M) No. 491 of 2026 The only objection that has been raised is that in addition to represent the legal representative mention in para 2 of the application, one Ms. Seema Sharma is the daughter of respondent No.1 who falls in the category of Class-I legal heirs and was required to be impleaded. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for the applicants submits that she may also be impleaded as party. The Power of Attorney on behalf of Seema Sharma has already been filed. Hence, in view of this, the application is allowed and the legal representatives mentioned in para 2 of the application and Ms. Seema Sharma daughter of respondent No.1 are ordered to be impleaded as party. The necessary amendment be made in the memo of parties. Application stands disposed of. RSA No. 49 of 2008 Let the corrected amended memo of parties be filed within two weeks and the matter be listed thereafter. (Rakesh Kainthla) Judge 16th June, 2026 (Nikita)
