Parwati Devi W/o Late Aan Singh Bisht and Shri Jeewan Singh Bisht S/o Late Aan Singh Bisht in person, are present and are duly identified by Mr. Pooran Singh Rawat, learned counsel for the appellants. 4. The respondents namely Shri Prem Prakash S/o Shri Amba Dutt, Girish Tiwari S/o Late Shri Prem Prakash, Kailash Tiwari S/o Late Shri Prem Prakash and Viky Tiwari S/o Late Shri Prem Prakash are also present in person and are duly identified by Mr. Abhishek Singh Rawat, learned counsel for the respondents. 5. The parties are directed to verify their compromise before the Registrar (Judicial). He shall verify the compromise application and return it to the Court along with his report. 6.
