O R D E R When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent submit that the petitioners have addressed a letter to the first respondent informing the authority that they would not precipitate the matter and would withdraw the writ petition. 2. The learned standing counsel appearing on behalf of the first respondent submitting as above has placed before this Court, the copy of the letters as furnished by the petitioners herein. 3.
