When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 would submit that the electric poles erected in the disputed pathway has been removed. Therefore nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 4, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
