None for the respondents. *** This is appeal filed by State of Punjab challenging award dated 11.3.2008 of Land Reference Court thereby enhancing compensation of acquired land from Rs.2880/- per acre awarded by Land Acquisition Collector to Rs.4800/- per acre and also compensation for severance @ 20% of the market value. State of Punjab has filed the present appeal for reduction in market value of the acquired land determined by the Land Reference Court. Vide common award dated 11.03.2008, Land Reference Court decided two references under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 and State of Punjab filed appeals in both the cases. Appeal RFA 4707-2008 filed against Durga Devi etc. stands dismissed by Hon’ble High Court vide decision dated 16.01.2009. The present case is fully covered by the said decision of Hon’ble High Court. In view of the aforesaid, as submitted by State counsel for the appellants, this appeal is also dismissed being covered by the order of Hon’ble High Court passed in RFA No.4707-2008 decided on 16.01.2009.
