(Oral) The petitioner, by way of the present writ petition, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Department to refix his pay at Rs.13,830 Rs.12,900/- per month, on his promotion to the post of Senior Accounts Clerk at the entry level with effect from petitioner further seeks revision of the pay fixation effected vide order 23.12.2008, in accordance with the Finance Department Instructions bearing No. 6/67/2014-2PR(FD) (Annexure P-6).
