Learned State counsel, on the other hand, submits that petitioners were not promoted along with the others on account of they having not passed the type test, however, having been done so on 22.08.2005, they were accordingly promoted. 3. Disposed of, reserving the petitioners with a liberty to get it revived by demonstrating that cause of action still subsists.
