He submits that in similar facts, a Coordinate Bench has disposed of several matters vide judgment dated 29.05.2026 passed in a bunch of cases having lead case as CWP No.16778 of 2024 titled as ‘Swati Yadav Versus State of Haryana and Others’, and submits that his case may also be disposed of in the same terms, to which learned State Counsel has no objection. 2.
