Vide order dated 13.03.2012, the respondents were directed to consider whether the subject matter of this writ petition is covered by the decision of this Court in CWP-570 of 2009, allowed on 07.07.2010, against which no LPA was filed and that also relates to promotion to the post of Lab Assistant w.e.f. the same date as being prayed for by the petitioner herein. 2. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to reconsider the claim of the petitioner expeditiously in accordance with law and decide the same within a period of 03 months taking note of the aforesaid judgment/order, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith.
