Learned counsel submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been regularized under the 2003 Policy, however, his arrears have been restricted to 38 months from the date of passing of the order instead of the date of filing of the petition, for which he shall submit a representation before the Authority concerned, which he prays may be decided. 2. Learned State Counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the abovesaid aspect expeditiously in accordance with law and decide the same within a period of 03 months, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner. Upon doing so, after notice and hearing offered to him and if found entitled, grant the benefit forthwith. Needless to say, if the orders are adverse to his interest, the same shall contain reasons and the petitioner shall be free to seek legal redress thereupon.
