1. This case pertains to the year 2008. On 28.01.2026, learned counsel for the appellants has stated that he is not in contact with the appellants and the Registry was directed to issue notice to the appellants for
27.04.2026. On 27.04.2026, despite service, none had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants.
2. Today also, learned counsel for the appellants submits that he is not in contact with the appellants.
3. In view of the above, this Court is now left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for want of prosecution.
4. Accordingly, the present appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
5. Liberty is, however, reserved to the appellants to move an application to revive the present appeal in case any cause of action survives.
6. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
