On 24.02.2026, this Court noted that, on previous occasions, all efforts to serve the parties, particularly the appellant and their counsel, had remained futile. As per the office report, the counsels remained unserved, and the appellant was also not found residing at the address mentioned. 2. On the last date of hearing, a fresh Court notice was directed to be issued through registered post.
