No. 295 of 2001. 2. Heard learned counsel for the appellant and perused the record. 3. A perusal of the docket order dated 04.05.2020 discloses that Registry had sent notice to the appellant and the same was returned with an endorsement that the appellant had ‘died’. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 4. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
