This matter is taken up in the 2nd National Lok Adalat in presence of the Advocates/representatives of both the Appellant- claimant and Respondent No.2-Insurance Company. 2. Mr. Nayak, learned counsel for the claimant – Appellant and Mr. Mahali, learned counsel for insurer-Respondent No.2 state that the award amount has already been satisfied and received by the claimant. 3. On the basis of the compromise made between the parties, the claim is settled at a further consolidated sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five Thousand) as compensation. 4. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced award amount before the learned Tribunal within a period of two months which shall be disbursed to the claimant. 5.
