The Petitioner has filed this CRLLP challenging the judgment dated 05.03.2007 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (F.T.C.-I), Bhadrak in Sessions Trial No.16/72 of 2006 arising out of 1C.C. No.86/2003. 3. Heard. 4. On perusal of the order dated 01.12.2025, this Court directed the Petitioner to file fresh requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Parties. However, the Petitioner has failed to file the same. It shows that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. 5. In such view of the above and the CRLLP is pending since 2007, this Court is not inclined to entertain the CRLLP at this stage. 6. Accordingly, the CRLLP is dismissed.
