In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, there is absolutely no reason assigned except stating that the petitioner was affected by COVID-10 virus and thereafter he was affected by Jaundice. None of the submission made in the affidavit is supported by any materials. There is exorbitant delay in filing the review application. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the condone delay petition. Hence, the petition is dismissed. Accordingly, the Review Application stands rejected at the SR stage itself.
