( 1 ) THIS application under Section 439 Cr. P. C. has been made on behalf of the accused, for grant of interim bail. The applicant is involved in a case of murder and armed robbery and has sought interim bail on the ground of illness of his mother. Regular bail of the applicant was rejected by the Trial Court. ( 2 ) I have perused the documents of the illness of the mother. Mother of the applicant is around 58 years of age. The applicant is also having a sister, who can take care of the mother. I do not find the ailment of such nature that the applicant should be granted interim bail on this ground. The application is hereby dismissed.
