Learned counsel submits that similarly circumstanced employees have been granted the arrears w.e.f. 01.01.1996 to 31.03.1999 pursuant to the judgment dated 03.11.2003 passed by the Division Bench in CWP-14644 of 2001, against which, SLP (C) No.001365 of 2005 was disposed of vide order dated 17.01.2005 and prays that the claim of the petitioners may be directed to be considered in light of the aforesaid judgments in a time bound manner. 2. Learned State Counsel has no objection to the limited prayer made. 3. In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide claim of the petitioners expeditiously in accordance with law, taking note of the submissions made and the judgments referred to hereinabove after granting opportunity of hearing to them, which this Court has no reason to believe the authorities would not address in a just, fair and reasonable manner.
