A statement made on behalf of the satisfaction of their claim, an amount of Rs.9,45,400 Thousand and Four hundred only) over and above the amount awarded by the tribunal be awarded and be disbursed to appellants the insurer of the offending vehicle, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to the insurer to deposit with the office of the Lok Adalat No.5 and 6 i.e. 1/3rd of the amount hereby awarded in favou No.6 and another cheque representing share of the amount hereby awarded in favour of Gurmeet Kaur, 9,45,400/- (Rupees Nine Lacs Forty Five Thousand and Four hundred within six weeks from today, failing which the amount hereby awarded shall carry interest @ 9% per annum from the date of this order till payment thereof. On behalf of appellant No.6-Amar Nath Gurmeet Kaur, it has also been stated that in case of any dispute regarding apportionment amongst the appellants, they appellants.
