Allow the present writ petition and issue a writ in the nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ/order and/or direction thereby directing the Respondents to strictly adhere to the timeline and implement the Delhi High Court Rules in letter and spirit. 2. Issue any appropriate writ/order/ or direction thereby directing the Respondent No.2 to supply the certified copies of records as applied for by the Petitioner. 3. Issue any appropriate writ/direction /or order thereby directing the Respondent No.8 to come up with a software system through which litigants / advocates can apply for certified copy of records online. 4. Issue any appropriate writ/ direction/ or order thereby making it mandatory for the respondents to update on the status of application for supply of certified copies to the applicant by way of Short Message Service (SMS).” This is a digitally signed order.
