With the consent of both the parties, the petition is taken up for final disposal. 3. At the outset, counsel for the petitioner stated that in view of disposal of identical petition by this court, the present petition can be disposed of. 4. The learned Assistant Government Pleader do not disputed this submission of the petitioner. 5. In the present matter, it is pointed out that on earlier occasion, this court has disposed of the present writ petition along with Writ Petition No.2526/2006 by judgment and order dated 23.03.2015. However, the review of the said order was sought and same was allowed by this court on 18.08.2026 and thereby petition was restored on it’s original position. 6. After allowing the review application, Writ Petition No.2526/2006 was heard by the coordinate bench of this court and by order dated 13.10.2025 decided the same on it’s own merit. The coordinate bench has recorded the cogent reasons 2026:BHC-NAG:11280 2 37 WP 5252.07.odt and thereby dismissed the petition filed by the State Government and upheld the order of the Industrial Court. 7. In the present petition on same grounds, the order of Industrial Court is under challenge. All the issues raised in the present petition are dealt with by coordinate bench and thereby uphold the judgment of Industrial Court. 8. Hence, for the same reasons recorded in the order dated 13.10.2025 in Writ Petition No.2526/2006, the present petition also stands dismissed. No order as to costs. (PRAVIN S. PATIL, J.)
